Occasionally we come across a property where words can fail me and this property is a struggle for me to describe adequately as it is certainly unique and quite amazing. 
The location could hardly be bettered, it is at the foot of one of the biggest mountains in the region yet it is not at all remote and has great access. It has neighbours but absolute privacy and is so tranquil.

 

Even when arriving at the front gates it is almost impossible to have an idea of what you will discover and it is hard to walk around without a silly permanent grin on your face.

 

So, first of all there is a carport and then a short walk up to a very impressive swimming pool with loads of terracing and areas for relaxation and with a jacuzzi and a shower area and a stone seating area that has natural shade and lots more but I have to get through this without making it into a book.

 

The views are spectacular and you can almost hear the silence.
 

Approaching the first house, the 2 Bed 2 Bath, is a lovely terrace offering lots of shade from the hot summer sunshine. There are two entrances and the first one takes you into a beautiful kitchen/diner and then there is a charming archway through to the very comfortable lounge area.
 

The two bedrooms are well sized and the principal (I prefer Master but one has to keep in with the times), has an en-suite bathroom, additionally, there is a family bathroom and a surprisingly large utility room. Almost all the rooms have natural light other than the lounge area which stays cooler, a traditional Spanish way-

 

The second house is the bigger of the two with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The principal has yet to be reformed but the reform is included in the price and should be finished within a couple of months.

 

This property is more minimalistic and is superbly finished, all the work has been professionally done and you can just open your suitcases and move in.
 

Now, what have I missed? Did I mention the American Diner? You think I´m joking don´t you? I´m not there is a replica of an authentic American Diner is a reformed outbuilding that is beyond belief. The first thing that springs to mind is parties, oh wow a party at your house/s featuring an American Diner.
