In der Küche gibt es u.a. einen Backofen inkl. Mikrowelle sowie eine Spülmaschine. Das kinderfreundliche Strandufer findet man nur etwa 200 m weiter. Auf dem zugehörigen Naturgrundstück stehen eine Schaukel und ein Sandkasten bereit. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht! La cabaña, que ha sido renovada continuamente, tiene tres dormitorios y una cocina / sala de estar abierta con buen comedor y acceso a una bonita terraza cubierta hacia el oeste con muebles de jardín y barbacoa. En la cocina encontrarás i.a. horno y microondas combinados, así como lavavajillas. Además, desde la terraza orientada al este hay una vista del agua y la playa de arena para niños, que se encuentra a 200 metros. Hay una cochera, columpio y arenero en la parcela. Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez i.a. combiné four et micro-ondes ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle. De plus, depuis la terrasse orientée à l'est, il y a une vue sur l'eau et la plage de sable adaptée aux enfants, située à moins de 200 mètres. Il y a un carport, une balançoire et un bac à sable sur le terrain. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes.
