Existe una décima habitación independiente (que no está en uso) con planta baja y primera planta, con carpintería hecha, pero sin instalaciones interiores. Buena calefacción en invierno, aire acondicionado en verano, 4 acogedores salones repartidos en las diferentes plantas , un jardín interior y otro exterior en un terreno de más de 7.000 metros, con piscina de 6 x 12 metros, mesa de ping pong, cama elástica.~A 30 minutos en coche de Alicante, se halla este lugar del interior de la provincia, de bonitos valles y montañas, para los amantes del senderismo, de la escalada, de los paseos en bicicleta o a caballo, de los deportes de multiaventura y también para aquellos que se sienten atraídos por pueblos llenos de historia, como Biar, Bocairente, etc.~~Comunicación~Zona muy bien comunicada por carretera 7 autovía: a 30 minutos en coche de Alicante, de sus playas y aeropuerto, a 11 kms. (6 minutos en coche) de Villena (población de 35.000 habitantes), a 20 minutos de la estación AVE de Villena , a 4 kms (3 minutos en coche) de Biar (población muy bonita de 3.500 habitantes). A 90 minutos en coche de Valencia, a 60 minutos de Murcia y a 75 minutos de Albacete.~Descripción técnica de las instalaciones~~El edificio principal consta de planta baja, primera y segunda planta. En la planta baja se encuentra la recepción, aseos públicos, zona de cuartos de cocina industrial/lavadero/neveras, el comedor/restaurante, el salón con horno de leña antiguo que funciona perfectamente y estufa sueca, amplio salón biblioteca con salida directa al jardín de 87 m2, (era antigua bodega y se usa ahora como sala multifuncional), salón de estar de techos altos y paredes de piedra de 40 m2, con estufa chimenea.~~En las plantas superiores, se encuentran nueve habitaciones dobles con sus respectivos baños. Una de las habitaciones tiene terraza propia y otras dos tienen una ventana balcón. Todas ellas miden entre 13,5 m2 (la más pequeña) y 18m2, (excluidos los baños) y casi todas son abuhardilladas, unas de techos más altos, otras más bajos. La decoración varía de una habitación a otra. Dos de las habitaciones cuenta con una tercera cama en altillo. En la primera planta hay un salón de estar y una gran terraza para uso público, así como un espacio vivienda más de 120 metros cuadrados (con 3 dormitorios, cocina, dos baños) que se puede destinar a vivienda o puede servir para ampliar el número de habitaciones del hotel: cuatro dobles con sus respectivos baños o crear nuevas zonas comunes. En la segunda planta hay un salón biblioteca amplia de techos altos y gran ventanal que es también de uso público.~~En edificación independiente dentro del mismo recinto, hay una novena habitación doble con baño y buhardilla (con sofá-cama) que es la más amplia del hotel con 21m2. , otra construcción de dos plantas (falta por terminar la obra interior): se puede destinar a apartamento para huéspedes o darle otro uso.~~Este establecimiento dispone de dos tipos de sistemas de calefacción: gas propano y caldera de biomasa. El agua utilizada y previamente tratada, procede de manantial.~~Dentro del mismo recinto y dando al patio/jardín interior, hay dos salas de máquinas: una con los depósitos de agua y caldera de gas y otra sala con la caldera de biomasa. Junto a estas salas, hay otro espacio de unos 25 m2, de paredes de piedra, sin arreglar, (que da a la zona de patio/jardín).~~Además de un jardín/patio interior de 250 m2, la finca cuenta con un jardín exterior de más de unos 7.500 metros cuadrados, con piscina exterior de 6 x 12 metros que funciona con electrolisis salina, mesa de ping pong, cama elástica, depósito de gas propano.
