The house is situated on a dead-end street which enhances the silence and peace.
At the beginning of the street, there is a restaurant that is always open and sells food for takeaway or eat-in. The baker passes in front of the house every morning except Sunday. Dans le village le plus proche (7 minutes en voiture), on trouve plusieurs cafés, une pharmacie, des supermarchés, un centre de santé, des fleuristes, un marché aux poissons, des restaurants, etc. Country house with 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), a big open kitchen, 3 living rooms, and 2 WC.
