A fully equipped kitchen awaits you with everything you need. Enough space for 4 people to eat and relax - even in the apartment if the weather is not suitable for the balcony. Parking spaces are reserved for our guests free of charge directly in front of the front door. No matter what time of year you want to travel, we always have something to offer. In winter you can reach a variety of ski areas within 5-30 minutes and can enjoy all kinds of winter sports here. Cross-country skiing is even possible right on your doorstep. In summer you can be at the Kaiserstieg, in Ellmau or wherever your hiking heart takes you in no time. From the house you can reach several smaller mountains in the area The water ski lift is only a few 100 meters away

Frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung mit XXL-Balkon direkt zum Kaisergebirge. Ideal zum Entspannen und Energie tanken. Der Balkon bietet den ganzen Tag Sonne und ist mit Sitzmöglichkeiten wie auch Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer besitzt sein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC und großer Dusche. Es erwartet dich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was du benötigst. Genügend Platz für 4 Personen zum Essen und verweilen - auch bei in der Wohnung wenn das Wetter einmal nicht für den Balkon geeignet ist. Stellplätze sind kostenfrei direkt vor der Haustüre für unsere Gäste reserviert. Egal in zu welcher Jahreszeit du anreisen willst, bei uns ist immer etwas geboten. Im Winter bist du innerhalb von 5-30 Minuten an den verschiedensten Skigebieten und kannst hier jegliche Art von Wintersport ausleben. Langlaufen ist sogar direkt vor der Haustüre möglich. Im Sommer bist du in kürzester Zeit am Kaiseraufstieg, in Ellmau oder wo dein Wanderherz dich hinzieht. Vom Haus aus kannst du mehrer kleinere Berge in der Umgebung erreichen Der Wasserskilift ist nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt
