The 55m² large, cozy holiday apartment on the ground floor of a former farm from 1871 has a spacious living-dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower for the special shower comfort. In order to enable you to have a pleasant stay, we have attached great importance to comprehensive equipment, so that everyday consumer goods (e.g. baking paper, kitchen roll, garbage bags, cleaning agents, tea, spices, coffee, etc.) are provided. There is also a parking space in the inner courtyard and a cozy barbecue area for the warmer months. Bicycles can be accommodated in the lockable barn on request or rented free of charge (2 bicycles available). Important: Due to the age, the house is not barrier-free and there are individual, marked steps in the apartment, which will be pointed out upon handover. The apartment is on a quiet side street. Calden is only a few minutes' drive from the Documenta city of Kassel and has all the facilities you need every day (including supermarkets, bakers, butchers, gas stations, doctors, hairdressers, forest swimming pool). The adjoining dirt roads invite you to take wonderful walks, for example to the Dörnberg or the nearby Wilhelmsthal Castle. A visit to the Sababurg Zoo, about 20 minutes away by car, is also worthwhile.

Die 55m² große, gemütliche Ferienwohnung im EG eines ehemaligen Gutshofes von 1871 verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohn-Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit ebenerdiger Regendusche für den besonderen Duschkomfort. Um Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, haben wir viel Wert auf eine umfassende Ausstattung gelegt, sodass auch Verbrauchsgüter des täglichen Bedarfs (u.a. Backpapier, Küchenrolle, Müllbeutel, Reinigungsmittel, Tee, Gewürze, Kaffee, usw.) gestellt werden. Zudem erwarten Sie ein Parkplatz im Innenhof sowie eine gemütliche Grillecke für die wärmeren Monate. Fahrräder können auf Anfrage in der abschließbaren Scheune untergebracht oder kostenfrei geliehen werden (2 Fahrräder vorhanden). Wichtig: Aufgrund des Alters ist das Haus nicht barrierefrei und in der Wohnung sind einzelne, gekennzeichnete Stufen vorhanden, auf die bei Übergabe hingewiesen wird. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Calden befindet sich nur wenige Autominuten von der Documenta-Stadt Kassel entfernt und verfügt über alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs (u.a. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Fleischer, Tankstelle, Ärzte, Friseur, Waldschwimmbad). Die angrenzenden Feldwege laden zu herrlichen Spaziergängen, zum Beispiel zum Dörnberg oder dem nahe gelegenen Schloss Wilhelmsthal ein. Auch ein Besuch im etwa 20 Autominuten entfernten Tierpark Sababurg lohnt sich.
