It is very quiet and close to vineyards and nature. Nice for walks or jogging. Nevertheless Ludwigsburg is only a few minutes away and Stuttgart is also 30 minutes away. Sehr schönes, lichtdurchflutetes, neu eingerichtetes 3,5 Zimmer Apartment mit Designerküche und Loggia mit tollem Blick nur 4 km entfernt vom Schloss LUDWIGSBURG und dem schönen italienischen Marktplatz, mit dem barocken Weihnachtsmarkt, gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants und vielen Shops. Es ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen. Ausstattung Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und voll ausgestattet. (Nicht nur die Geräte wie z.B.
