This romantic house is nestled peacefully in the hills. The coast at Ventimiglia is only about 12 minutes away by car, and the center of Soldano is about 7 km away. Das romantische Haus liegt beschaulich in Mitten von Hügeln. Zur Küste nach Ventimiglia sind es auf direktem Wege nur rund 12 Minuten und ins Zentrum von Soldano rund 7 km. Die Ausstattung Wohnfläche ist elegant und sehr komfortabel. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die geräumige, bestens ausgestattete Wohnküche, der gemütliche Wohnbereich mit offenem Kamin sowie der Masterbedroom mit Duschbad und separatem WC. Große Panoramafenster bieten einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Umgebung, Fenstertüren führen auf die umliegenden Terrassen, die den ganzen Tag über bestens besonnt sind. Zwei Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit 2 Einzelbetten) und ein Duschbad sind im Obergeschoss untergebracht. Eingebettet in eine der Terrassen liegt der beheizbare 9 x 4 m große Pool. Parkmöglichkeiten stehen auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.

Dit romantische huis is rustig gelegen in de heuvels. De kust bij Ventimiglia ligt op slechts ongeveer 12 minuten rijden met de auto en het centrum van Soldano op ongeveer 7 km afstand. De woonruimte is elegant en zeer comfortabel. Op de begane grond vindt u een ruime, goed uitgeruste woonkeuken, een gezellige woonkamer met open haard en een hoofdslaapkamer met een badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Grote panoramische ramen bieden een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving en openslaande deuren leiden naar de omliggende terrassen, die de hele dag zonnig zijn.
