This 349 m2, two-storey house has 4 comfy bedrooms, is well-decorated and perfect for families and friends, who are searching for something special. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed (1.80 x 2 meters), a dressing room and a 23 m2 terrace with lovely garden views. It is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your partner. The room has a porthole which you can cover. The second bedroom is also very spacious and comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has pool views and a double bed. The other one, with garden views, offers two twin beds. All four bedrooms are equipped with a fan. The bright sitting-dining room is nicely decorated with unique pieces made of marble and sculptures made of stones from the Tramuntana Mountains. Furthermore, there are comfortable sofas, a huge dining table for up to 16 people, a fireplace, satellite TV and WIFI. In addition to the sitting -dining room, there is another dining room next to the kitchen and a second living room. The house has two bathrooms with bathtub and bidet, one on each floor. The kitchen has access to the garden and is well-equipped. The house features the little appliances that make a stay away from home a little more comfortable like dishwasher, gas stove, blender, iron, washing machine etc. The exteriors of the house are as well a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation: make a BBQ with friends, swim in the pool, bask in the sun or play with your kids in the huge garden (200 m2 lawn). The terrace is a nice place to have dinner or lunch together, as it is fitted with 14 chairs and a big table. In the garden are 6 sun loungers, 2 sun shades and a fish tank with a small waterfall. The 30 m2 pool (chlorine) is a real jewel! There is also a kids pool with a depth of 0.45 meters. There's one exterior shower bathroom. The house is close to the centre of Inca, where you will be able to find everything you need during your holiday: local market, surgery, hospital, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, etc. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). It is very interesting to visit the three gothic style churches in Inca, “San Bartolomé” monastery and the chapel of “Santa Magdalena” at the top of a hill. “Plaza del Àngel” is a bar area to enjoy nightlife in Mallorca. Alcudia Bay is just 30 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset. Die Bettenaufteilung der restlichen Schlafräume im Erdgeschoss ist folgende: eines mit Ehebett und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten. Das geräumige Wohn- Esszimmer wurde mit liebevollen Details dekoriert, wie z.B. Figuren aus Steinen des Tramuntanagbirges. Am Esstisch finden bis zu 16 Personen Platz. Vom Wohn- Esszimmer aus gelangen Sie ins zweite Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Kamin und von dort aus zum zweiten Esszimmer und zur Küche. El cuarto tiene una cama grande de 1.80 x 2.00 m, un vestidor y un 'ojo de buey', un punto de luz, que da a la habitación una armonía especial. El ojo de buey se puede tapar para que el sol no moleste por la mañana. La segunda habitación, también muy amplia, cuenta con dos camas individuales. La tercera y cuarta habitación se encuentran en la planta baja de la casa. Una de ellas, con vistas a la piscina, cuenta con una cama doble de 1.80 x 2.00 m. Na tarasie można wypić kieliszek wina lub szampana podziwiając piękny ogród. W pokoju znajduje się duże łóżko o wymiarach 1,80 x 2,00 m, garderoba oraz iluminator, czyli punkt świetlny, który nadaje pomieszczeniu szczególną harmonię. Iluminator można zasłonić, aby słońce nie przeszkadzało Ci rano. Drugi pokój, również bardzo przestronny, wyposażony jest w dwa pojedyncze łóżka. Trzecia i czwarta sypialnia znajdują się na parterze domu. W jednym z nich, z widokiem na basen, znajduje się podwójne łóżko o wymiarach 1,80 x 2,00 m. La chambre dispose d'un grand lit de 1,80 x 2,00 m, d'un dressing et d'un « hublot », point lumineux, qui confère à la pièce une harmonie particulière. Le hublot peut être couvert pour que le soleil ne vous gêne pas le matin. La deuxième chambre, également très spacieuse, dispose de deux lits simples. Les troisième et quatrième chambres sont situées au rez-de-chaussée de la maison. L'une d'elles, donnant sur la piscine, dispose d'un lit double de 1,80 x 2,00 m. L'autre chambre dispose de deux lits simples. Les quatre chambres sont équipées d'un ventilateur. Chaque partie de cette maison a un détail spécial. Il dispose d'un salon-salle à manger décoré de pièces uniques de marbre et de personnages sculptés à la main dans des pierres de la Sierra de Tramuntana. Il y a une grande table pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes (la table peut être rallongée, elle est très simple à utiliser) et aussi deux canapés confortables. De plus, il y a un autre salon avec cheminée et télévision par satellite et une salle à manger à côté de la cuisine avec accès direct au jardin, tous deux indépendants. La cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour que vous puissiez cuisiner sereinement de bons plats méditerranéens ; mixeur, grille-pain, presse-agrumes, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, cuisinière à gaz, four électrique, couverts, ustensiles de cuisine et réfrigérateur avec congélateur. Évidemment, il y a aussi un lave-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser. La maison dispose de deux salles de bains avec baignoire et bidet, une au rez-de-chaussée et la seconde au premier étage. Les extérieurs de la maison sont phénoménaux. La terrasse du rez-de-chaussée avec porche et plus de 200 m2 de pelouse dispose de deux tables et jusqu'à 14 chaises pour que vous puissiez organiser vos déjeuners et dîners d'été entre amis et en famille. Il y a un barbecue qui vous invite à faire un bon barbecue. Sur l'herbe entourant la spectaculaire piscine, vous trouverez 6 hamacs et 2 parasols avec 3 fauteuils pour que vous puissiez profiter du soleil ou faire une bonne sieste. This 349 m2, two-storey house has 4 comfy bedrooms, is well-decorated and perfect for families and friends, who are searching for something special. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed (1.80 x 2 meters), a dressing room and a 23 m2 terrace with lovely garden views. It is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your partner. The room has a porthole which you can cover. The second bedroom is also very spacious and comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has pool views and a double bed. The other one, with garden views, offers two twin beds. All four bedrooms are equipped with a fan. The bright sitting-dining room is nicely decorated with unique pieces made of marble and sculptures made of stones from the Tramuntana Mountains. Furthermore, there are comfortable sofas, a huge dining table for up to 16 people, a fireplace, satellite TV and WIFI. In addition to the sitting -dining room, there is another dining room next to the kitchen and a second living room. The house has two bathrooms with bathtub and bidet, one on each floor. The kitchen has access to the garden and is well-equipped. The house features the little appliances that make a stay away from home a little more comfortable like dishwasher, gas stove, blender, iron, washing machine etc. The exteriors of the house are as well a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation: make a BBQ with friends, swim in the pool, bask in the sun or play with your kids in the huge garden (200 m2 lawn). The terrace is a nice place to have dinner or lunch together, as it is fitted with 14 chairs and a big table. In the garden are 6 sun loungers, 2 sun shades and a fish tank with a small waterfall. The 30 m2 pool (chlorine) is a real jewel! There is also a kids pool with a depth of 0.45 meters. There's one exterior shower bathroom. The house is close to the centre of Inca, where you will be able to find everything you need during your holiday: local market, surgery, hospital, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, etc. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). It is very interesting to visit the three gothic style churches in Inca, “San Bartolomé” monastery and the chapel of “Santa Magdalena” at the top of a hill. “Plaza del Àngel” is a bar area to enjoy nightlife in Mallorca. Alcudia Bay is just 30 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset.
