Inmitten der großartigen Naturlandschaft der Ferieninsel Læsø findet man in der Nähe des Hafenortes Østerby dieses äußerst geräumige und einmalige Anwesen mit tief herabhängendem Tangdach, einzigartiges Merkmal dieser Insel. Für die Saison 2021 wurde im Außenbereich des Hauses eine neue Sonnenterrasse mit Badezuber für bis zu 10 Personen geschaffen. Tagungen mit Mitarbeitern etc. Der schöne Saal in der ehemligen Scheune bietet mit seinem sichtbaren Tangdach ein ganz besonderes Ambiente. Im Anschluss findet man eine Küche z.B. zum Anrichten kalter Speisen. Mit den beiden voll ausgestatteten Küchen im Haus ist es hier auch möglich, ein größeres Festmahl zuzubereiten. Für eine Tagung, Kurse o.ä. stehen im Saal AV-Geräte, 75-Zoll-Großbildschirm, Whiteboard, Drucker und WLAN per Glasfasernetz zur Verfügung. Das einst im Jahre 1740 errichtete, idyllische Anwesen wurde 2019 komplett renoviert, wobei der nostalgische, ursprüngliche Charme bewahrt wurde. Es gehört zu den letzten Häusern seiner Bauart auf der Insel und ist somit eine ganz besondere und sowohl historisch als auch kulturell gesehen bedeutsame Unterkunft, wie man sie nur hier auf Læsø findet.
