Im unteren Stock befindet sich der Technikraum mit Waschmaschine. Zum Entspannen lädt auch die sonnige Südterrasse vor dem Haus ein. Im Garten mit Olivenbäumen kann man grillen, Pizza backen, gartenduschen, einen Sun-Downer genießen, faulenzen und die Seele baumeln lassen.
