This beautiful group accommodation is located in a small-scale holiday park in Twente, on the German border. The characteristic house has been completely modernised inside and features a perfect layout for a group of up to 20 people. The large living space features a spacious dining table with room for everyone and a comfortable sitting area with an attractive fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The double dishwasher and separate refrigerator/freezer in the storage room are a welcome addition for larger groups. The group accommodation has a total of 10 bedrooms. Four of them are located on the ground floor and all have a private bathroom. On the first floor, there are six more bedrooms, three of which also have their own bathroom. There is one shared bathroom for the other bedrooms. Sufficient space outdoors is also important for group accommodation. There is more than enough outdoor space here. Children can play to their heart's content on the enormous plot and there is plenty of room for adults to relax on nice days. The ultimate example of this is the wood-fired hot tub (for a fee - excluding wood). The Finnish Kota is also a fantastic place to spend some time in good company.

Deze prachtige groepsaccommodatie ligt op een kleinschalig vakantiepark in Twente, aan de Duitse grens. Het karakteristieke huis is van binnen volledig gemoderniseerd en perfect ingedeeld voor een gezelschap van maximaal 20 personen. De grote leefruimte is voorzien van een riante eettafel, met plek voor iedereen, en een comfortabele zithoek met sfeervolle haard. De keuken is beschikt over alle hedendaagse apparatuur. Extra's zoals een dubbele afwasmachine én aparte koelkast/vriezer in de berging zijn een welkome toevoeging voor grotere groepen. De groepsaccommodatie beschikt in totaal over 10 slaapkamers. Vier ervan bevinden zich op de begane grond en zijn alle voorzien van een eigen badkamer. Op de eerste etage zijn nóg zes slaapkamers waarvan drie ook een eigen badkamer hebben. Voor de overige drie slaapkamers is er één gezamenlijke badkamer. Bij een groepsaccommodatie is het ook belangrijk dat er buiten voldoende ruimte is. Die buitenruimte is er hier meer dan genoeg. Op het enorme perceel kunnen kinderen naar hartelust spelen en is er voor de volwassenen genoeg plek om op mooie dagen te relaxen. Het ultieme voorbeeld daarvan is de hout gestookte hottub (tegen betaling - excl. hout). Ook de Finse Kota met haard is een fantastische plek om in goed gezelschap door te brengen.
Diese schöne Gruppenunterkunft befindet sich in einem kleinen Ferienpark in Twente an der deutschen Grenze. Das charakteristische Haus wurde im Inneren komplett modernisiert und ist perfekt eingeteilt für eine Gruppe von bis zu 20 Personen. Der große Wohnraum verfügt über einen geräumigen Esstisch mit Platz für alle und eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit einem attraktiven Kamin. Die Küche ist mit allen modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Doppelspülmaschine und der separate Kühl-/Gefrierschrank im Abstellraum sind eine willkommene Ergänzung für größere Gruppen. Die Gruppenunterkunft verfügt über insgesamt 10 Schlafzimmer. Vier davon befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügen alle über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Im ersten Stock befinden sich sechs weitere Schlafzimmer, von denen drei ebenfalls über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügen. Für die anderen Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Gemeinschaftsbad. In einer Gruppenunterkunft ist es außerdem wichtig, dass ausreichend Platz im Freien vorhanden ist. Hier gibt es mehr als genug Platz im Freien. Auf dem riesigen Grundstück können Kinder nach Herzenslust spielen, und an schönen Tagen gibt es für Erwachsene viel Platz zum Entspannen. Das ultimative Beispiel dafür ist der mit Holz befeuerte Whirlpool (gegen Gebühr – Holz nicht inklusive). Auch die finnische Kota ist ein großartiger Ort, um Zeit in guter Gesellschaft zu verbringen.
Ce bel hébergement de groupe est situé dans un petit parc de vacances dans la Twente, région à la frontière allemande. La maison caractéristique a été entièrement modernisée à l'intérieur et est parfaitement aménagée pour un groupe pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes. Le grand espace de vie comprend une table à manger spacieuse pouvant accueillir tout le monde et un coin salon confortable avec une jolie cheminée. La cuisine est équipée de tous les appareils modernes. Le double lave-vaisselle et le réfrigérateur/congélateur séparé dans le débarras sont un ajout bienvenu pour les grands groupes. L'hébergement de groupe dispose d'un total de 10 chambres. Quatre d'entre elles sont situées au rez-de-chaussée et disposent toutes d'une salle de bain privative. Au premier étage se trouvent six autres chambres, dont trois disposent également de leur propre salle de bain. Il y a une salle de bain commune pour les autres chambres. Dans un hébergement de groupe, il est également important qu'il y ait suffisamment d'espace extérieur. Il y a largement assez d’espace extérieur ici. Les enfants peuvent jouer à leur guise sur l'immense terrain et les adultes ont suffisamment d'espace pour se détendre lors des belles journées. L'exemple ultime en est le bain à remous chauffé au bois (payant - hors bois). Le Kota finlandais est également un endroit fantastique pour passer du temps en bonne compagnie.
