Welcome to a small but cozy newly built house. The house has all the comforts on a small surface, for the small family or one or two adults. There is two beds in the loft that have sitting height but not standing height. Downstairs there is a sofa bed for two. The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, shower and WC. A large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for cozy summer evenings. The house is located with the back towards the owners' house and the front and the balcony are towards the forest, wonderfully restful. Just 300 meters from the house is a swimming lake that is popular, there are many natural areas with nice hiking trails nearby, but also close to Stockholm's inner city with its culture, restaurants and theaters. If you want to swim in the sea, Årsta havsbad is 19 km from the house, a great beach. When bed linen is added, towels are also included. It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the cottage.

Die Rückseite des Häuschens liegt am Privathaus der Eigentümer, Vorderseite und Holzterrasse zeigen zum Wald. Wunderbar erholsame Umgebung! Nur 300 m vom Haus entfernt befindet sich ein beliebter Badesee. Es gibt viele Naturgebiete mit schönen Wanderwegen in der Nähe, aber auch die Innenstadt von Stockholm mit ihrer Kultur, Restaurants und Theatern ist ganz in der Nähe. Wenn Sie im Meer baden möchten, ist Årsta Havsbad, ca. 19 km vom Haus entfernt, ein tolles Strandbad. Bei Buchung der Bettwäsche sind Handtücher inbegriffen. Das Aufladen von Elektroautos ist in der Hütte nicht gestattet.
