Welcome to this nice cottage on the paradise island of Gotland with its beautiful and barren nature! Here you live comfortably in a spacious cottage with a beautiful lush garden and patio where morning coffee can be enjoyed to the birds' song. Rural and scenic surroundings, located in the center of Roma-Gotland, perfect starting point for everything Gotland has to offer from Fårö in the north to Burgsvik in the south. Only 15 minutes drive to Visby, bus stop outside, where you can stroll in the rose-strewn alleys of Visby Innerstad surrounded by Visby Ringmur and soak up the Gotland atmosphere! You live here in a very nice cottage with nice social areas, three different bedrooms and a nice kitchen. Bathroom with shower and combined washer and dryer. Cozy patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The house is located on the same property as the owners but you have your own secluded patio and plot of about 1400 sqm. The plot is partially fenced. In Roma there is a lot of the service you need, otherwise there is everything and a little more inside the Hanseatic city of Visby where a visit is a must! If you want to treat yourself to a little luxury, there is a spa and sauna nearby in Roma. Gotland is full of idyllic bathing places both in the sea and in so-called limestone quarries where the water is as turquoise as in Croatia and the sand as soft as powder, some of these beaches are Vitviken, Sudersand & Ekeviken on Fårö, Sandviken and many more. Tips on other things to do are to look at the famous "Raukarna", go to Högklint for a magical view of the sea & coastline-do not miss the sunset, walk along the Eksta Kusten looking out over the Karlsöarna, take the children to Pippi Longstocking's world- Kneippbyn . Let yourself find your gold nuggets and strawberry places on idyllic Gotland!

Willkommen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus auf der paradiesischen Insel Gotland mit ihrer schönen und kargen Natur! Hier wohnen Sie bequem in einem geräumigen Ferienhaus mit einem wunderschön üppigen Gartengrundstück und einer Terrasse zur Verfügung, auf der Sie den Morgenkaffee bei Vogelgezwitscher genießen können. Ländliche und malerische Umgebung, im Zentrum von Roma-Gotland gelegen, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alles, was Gotland zu bieten hat, von Fårö im Norden bis Burgsvik im Süden. Nur 15 Autominuten nach Visby, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, wo Sie durch die rosengesäumten Gassen im Zentrum von Visby spazieren können, um die beeindruckende Stadtmauer, Visby Ringmur, zu besichtigen. Sie wohnen hier in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus mit wohnlichem Aufenthaltsbereich, drei Schlafzimmern und einer hellen Küche. Badezimmer mit Dusche und kombiniertem Waschtrockner. Gemütliche Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Das Haus befindet sich auf demselben Grundstück wie das Privathaus des Eigentümers, aber Ihnen steht eine eigene, abgeschirmte Terrassenfläche und ca. 1.400 m2 Grundstück zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück ist teilweise eingezäunt. In Roma gibt es viele Dienstleistungen, weitere Serviceeinrichtung findet man in der größeren Hansestadt Visby. Wer sich ein wenig Luxus gönnen möchte, findet in Rom einen Spa und eine Sauna ganz in der Nähe. Gotland ist voll von idyllischen Badeplätzen sowohl am Meer als auch in sogenannten Kalksteinbrüchen, wo das Wasser so türkis wie in Kroatien und der Sand so weich wie Puder ist. Einige dieser Strände finden Sie in Vitviken, Sudersand & Ekeviken auf Fårö, Sandviken und weitere.
