Dabei erhielt es zusätzlich eine über dem Wohnbereich liegende, offene Galerie mit schönem, seitlichem Ausblick zur nahen Nordseeküste sowie zum Sonnenuntergang. Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem offenen Naturgrundstück nahe des kleinen Fischerdorfes Nr. Lyngby. Innen großer, offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben, wohnlich eingerichtet mit Sitz- und Essecke sowie Kaminofen. Zudem energieeffiziete Wärmepumpe im Haus zur Reduzierung der Heizkosten. Es stehen auch drei Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad mit u.a. Whirlpool zur Verfügung. Das Haus wirkt tagsüber durch die vielen Fenster besonders hell und einladend. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine schön geschützte, nach Südwesten ausgerichtete Sitzecke auf der Terrasse, ideal auch für Grillabende.
