Here the evening sun shines well. The kitchen is made of oak, solid, fresh and open. There you will find a dining table for 4 people. The area to Sägnernas hus is under construction and several houses are being built. Just outside, two nice hiking trails and fishing licenses can be bought on site. The homeowners live by a house some distance away and run Sägnernas Hus and are happy to help. For those who want to be out in nature, there are plenty of opportunities for both hunting / fishing, hiking trails and canoe rentals. If you come with an electric car, there is a charging post next door. The farm is run and is ecologically sustainable where solar cells are located throughout the facility. If you come in large company, there are also pitches for caravans in connection and clamping tents. In summer you can enjoy good homemade coffee in the café with homemade strawberry cake. Willkommen in diesem neu erbauten Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe mehrerer Badeufer und ist von weidenden Kühen umgeben. Der größere Hof vor Ort nennt sich Sägnernas Hus und bietet auch eine Tanzfläche, einen Bouleplatz und ein eigenes kleines Museum zu Sagen und Geschichte. Ein passendes Ziel für den Familienurlaub mit Wasser und reizvoller Natur in der Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus ist zudem rollstuhlfreundlich angepasst. Im Ferienhaus heller Eingangsbereich und Badezimmer gleich links mit behindertenfreundlicher Dusche. Rechts liegen zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit Doppelbett mit extra breitem Rahmen, das zweite mit zwei 90 cm breiten Einzelbetten und Ausblick in die ländliche Umgebung und zum Hof nebenan. Zudem offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich im Haus mit Kaminofen für kühlere Abende und Zugang zur Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist aus massivem Eichenholz. Dort finden Sie auch einen Esstisch für vier Personen. Das Gebiet um Sägnernas Hus befindet sich noch im Aufbau und es werden vor Ort weitere Häuser gebaut. Gleich nebenan verlaufen zwei schöne Wanderwege. Ein Angelschein ist ggf. vor Ort erhältlich. Die Hauseigentümer wohnen ein Stückchen weiter, führen Sägnernas Hus und helfen Ihnen vor Ort gerne weiter. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Jagen oder Angeln, zudem Kanuverleih in der Nähe. Wenn Sie mit einem Elektroauto anreisen, gibt es vor Ort eine Lademöglichkeit. Die Farm wird ökologisch nachhaltig betrieben, wobei auch Solarzellen in der gesamten Anlage verteilt sind. Wenn Sie mehrere Familien bzw. eine größere Gruppe sind, können Sie zusätzlich Haus 09012 und Haus 45798 buchen, die ebenfalls vor Ort liegen. Bienvenido a una casa de nueva construcción en un bello entorno. La casa está cerca de varios lugares agradables para bañarse y rodeada de vacas pastando. La zona se llama Sägnernas Hus, que también tiene pista de baile, pista de petanca y su propio museo sobre nuestros cuentos populares. Bienvenue dans une maison nouvellement construite dans un cadre magnifique. La maison est proche de plusieurs lieux de baignade agréables et entourée de vaches au pâturage. Le quartier s'appelle Sägnernas Hus, qui dispose également d'une piste de danse, d'un terrain de pétanque et de son propre musée sur nos contes populaires. Une maison parfaite pour une famille avec enfants qui veulent la proximité de la baignade et un cadre magnifique. La maison est adaptée pour vous avec un handicap et une rampe sera construite prochainement. Vous êtes accueilli dans un hall lumineux avec une grande salle de bain lumineuse directement à gauche. Les propriétaires vivent à côté d'une maison à une certaine distance et dirigent Sägnernas Hus et sont heureux de vous aider. Benvenuti in una casa di nuova costruzione in un ambiente splendido. La casa è vicina a diversi bei punti di balneazione e circondata da mucche al pascolo. La zona si chiama Sägnernas Hus, che ha anche una pista da ballo, un campo da bocce e un proprio museo sui nostri racconti popolari. Una casa perfetta per una famiglia con bambini che desidera la vicinanza al nuoto e un ambiente splendido. La casa è adatta a te con disabilità e presto verrà costruita una rampa. Si viene accolti in un luminoso ingresso con ampio bagno luminoso direttamente sulla sinistra. Il bagno/doccia è accessibile ai portatori di handicap. A destra c'è la prima camera da letto. Interni luminosi e con due letti singoli 90 cm. Viste sui dintorni e sul cortile. Dritto è la camera da letto principale con cornice extra larga. Arredamento tranquillo e una camera da letto per l'armonia. Soggiorno e cucina sono integrati in uno. Nel soggiorno c'è una stufa che scoppietta bene nelle sere fredde e in connessione troverete la porta sul terrazzo. Qui il sole della sera splende bene. La cucina è in rovere, solida, fresca e aperta. Lì troverai un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone. L'area di Sägnernas hus è in costruzione e diverse case sono in costruzione. Appena fuori, in loco è possibile acquistare due bei sentieri escursionistici e licenze di pesca. I proprietari abitano vicino a una casa a una certa distanza e gestiscono Sägnernas Hus e sono felici di aiutare. Per chi vuole stare nella natura, ci sono molte opportunità sia per la caccia/pesca, sia per i sentieri escursionistici e il noleggio di canoe. Zapraszamy do nowo wybudowanego domu w pięknym otoczeniu. Dom znajduje się w pobliżu kilku ładnych kąpielisk i jest otoczony pasącymi się krowami. Obszar ten nazywa się Sägnernas Hus, gdzie znajduje się również parkiet taneczny, boisko do gry w bule i własne muzeum o naszych opowieściach ludowych. Dom idealny dla rodziny z dziećmi pragnącej bliskości kąpieli i pięknego otoczenia. Dom jest przystosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych, a wkrótce powstanie rampa.
