Dafür stehen drei Badezimmer bereit, eines davon im Anschluss an den Poolbereich mit Whirlpool. Sollte das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielen, gibt es im sogenannten Aktivitätsraum einen Tischkicker sowie einen Gamer-Bereich mit großem TV, Nintendo Classic Mini mit 30 Spielen, u.a. Pac-Man, Galaga, Dr. Mario, etc. Das Ferienhaus ist aus hochwertigen Materialien erbaut, gut isoliert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es wird mittels einer energieeffizienten Wärmepumpe beheizt, um die Stromkosten möglichst niedrig zu halten.
