In diesem Gebäude befinden sich fünf Gästezimmer (drei Dreibett- und zwei Doppelzimmer), alle Zimmer mit Bad und Küchenzeile und ein separater Heizungsraum mit einem Gasherd mit Doppelfunktion. Zentralheizung unabhängig von anderen Gebäuden.
Am Ende des Grundstücks befindet sich ein einstöckiges Gebäude mit einer Fläche von 80 m2, das für eine Zweizimmerwohnung vorgesehen ist.
Insgesamt befinden sich drei Wohngebäude auf dem Grundstück.
Alle Zimmer sind praktisch immer vermietet.
Gasheizung in allen Gebäuden, im Haupthaus zusätzlich Kohlezentralheizung und Kaminheizung.
Das gesamte Areal ist eingezäunt, die Zufahrt ist gepflastert, das Areal um die Gebäude ist voll erschlossen (Teich, Sträucher und Rasen).
Das Anwesen besteht aus zwei Grundstücken, die neben dem bebauten Teil auch landwirtschaftliche Flächen haben, die sich außerhalb des Zauns befinden. Derzeit gibt es auf diesem Land Haselnusspflanzungen.
Beim Kauf von Immobilien ist es möglich, landwirtschaftliche Flächen gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr zu erwerben (ca. 12 ha Obstgarten mit Haselnusspflanzungen zum Preis von 40.000 PLN / ha). Landwirtschaftliche Flächen können auch separat erworben werden.
