Au vu du faible taux de pluviométrie ces derniers temps, il est préférable de faire également une future récupération d’eau en toiture.Pensez à l’héliportage éventuellement pour acheminer vos matériaux de construction (environ 500€ le transport pour une tonne de matériaux, aérodrome à 10 mn en hélico).La forêt est constituée de frênes, chênes et châtaigniers.Pour information, une grange de 37 m2 sur une prairie de 14 895 m2 pour un prix de 53 000 € et une autre de 141 m2 sur 7 040 m2 pour 85 000 € se trouvent à 600 m.
