This almost finished villa in Bedar is a great opportunity for an inventive buyer. The changes in Spanish land laws have made it as good as impossible to find a large plot of land where you can build on. This villa is an interesting and cost effective alternative. It stands on a plot of 10.440 square meter and has a total constructed size of 242 square meters.   Buying an almost finished villa like this, with all building licences and more importantly, the habitability certificate in place, gives you the chance to finish this villa to your own specifications. Its tranquil setting and the landscape that surrounds this villa is overwhelming and the two hundred olive trees that come with it, are the icing on the cake.   There is enough production to press your own olive oil and generate an extra income. The Villa This villa is almost entirely finished. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge with feature staircase. Behind the lounge is a large kitchen with enough space for a breakfast nook. In front of the kitchen is a large terrace that overlooks the valley. Behind the staircase you can access the bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with large shower. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms function as storage rooms at the moment, so these have not been photographed.   On the first floor is a sunny landing that opens to a roof terrace on either side of the landing, from where you can take in the beauty of the surrounding landscapes and even enjoy sea-views on clear days. There is a utility/machine room on the left roof terrace. Exterior   The villa overlooks the terraced valley with olive and almond trees and the surrounding hills and villages. As the house was built on a sloping plot, there is an under built of about 100 square meters that needs to be opened up and finished. There is no pool on the premises, but a permit to build an open water deposit can be obtained.   Water, Electricity and Gas All electrical, water and sanitation installations are in place. State and finishing This house has been built to a high standard on a sloping plot. Its foundations and structure are done ‘by the book’. Its enclosures, carpentry and flooring is done. The windows and doors are of good quality aluminium with roller blinds. There is a pre-installation for central heating throughout the house. There is also a pre-installation for air conditioning units. This is an opportunity to acquire a good quality villa and finish it to you own taste in one of the most beautiful parts of Bedar.     Use and potential uses This villa is ideal for those looking for a permanent home or long periods of relaxation in the mild climate of Almeria. The olive grove can be your own project or you can let local farmers take care of the olive grove in exchange for olive oil.   The Location The villa is at a 6 minute drive to the center of Bedar and about 18 minutes to the beaches of Mojacar. Bedar is a small village but has a doctor’s practice, a pharmacy, a bank, 3 restaurants/caffees, a gym, a public pool open in summer, 2 small supermarkets and a little market on Wednesdays. The closest airport is Almeria about 45 minutes away, while the international airport of Murcia (140 km) is at one and a half hour and Alicante airport (200 km) is a two hour drive away. The airport of Malaga is at two and a half hours.   Показать больше Показать меньше Esta villa casi terminada en Bedar es una gran oportunidad para un comprador inventivo.
