Se trata de una villa con cocina abierta al salón, cuatro dormitorios, todos orientados hacia el mar, un garaje a pie de calle y una piscina. Se sitúa en una calle sin salida y con una zona verde en la parte trasera de la casa con unos caminos para hacer senderismo. Además, se localiza a poca distancia de la playa y queda muy cerca del jardín botánico Marimurtra y del pueblo de Blanes. Según el proyecto, la villa se distribuye en una sola planta principal a exepcion del dormitorio principal que se situa en la planta superior. Dispone de un salón-comedor con una cocina abierta al salón. En el lateral de la cocina, se ofrece acceso al lavadero. La zona de descanso se compone de tres dormitorios dobles: el dormitorio principal con su baño propio y zona de vestidor; y otros dos dormitorios que comparten un cuarto de baño completo.
