The ski lifts and the departure of the pistes are situated 300m away also the centre of the resort is only 1km away. For the experienced skiers, return with skis on is possible (the piste which goes back down to the residence in Albiez Montrond, Alps, France is accessible via a very steep ski lift).Surface area : about 32 m². Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooking rings, fridge. Separated WC. Los remontes mecánicos y la salida a las pistas de esquí se sitúan a 300 m y el centro de la estación a 1 km. Para los buenos esquiadores, la vuelta esquiando es posible (para bajar por la pista que llega a la residencia hay que tomar un teleski muy "empinado").Superficie aproximada de 32 m². Estancia con sofá-cama. Habitación con cama doble. Rincón de sueño con 2 camas superpuestas. Cocina abierta con cafetera, lavavajillas, micro-ondas, placas eléctricas, refrigerador. WC independiente. Cuarto de baño. Balcón O BIEN Terraza. Las camas en altura no convienen a los niños de menos de 6 años.
