Hello! I rent a 2-room apartment in Münster-Nienberge. The apartment is freshly partly renovated and fully furnished and equipped (like a vacation apartment). It has a bedroom with a 1.20 meter bed, a storage room, a bathroom with shower, a balcony and a large living room including kitchen. There is a dining table with four chairs, a new TV, a couch, a large wardrobe, a desk and an armchair that can also be pulled out as a bed. In addition, the apartment has a basement room, an underground parking space and a bicycle. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds, opaque in the bedroom. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, two hotplates and a new microwave with oven function. A communal washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement and can be used for a small fee. Just around the corner is a supermarket and the nearest bus stop is about 50 meters away. The rent is all inclusive (except GEZ). There are all utilities included, including WLAN. The apartment can be rented for a limited period of 3-12 months. Hallo! Ich vermiete eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Münster-Nienberge. Die Wohnung ist frisch teilsaniert und komplett möbliert und eingerichtet (wie eine Ferienwohnung). Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,20 Meter-Bett, einen Abstellraum, ein Bad mit Dusche, einen Balkon und ein großes Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche. Dort steht ein Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, ein neuer Fernseher, eine Couch, ein großer Schrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Sessel, den man auch als Bett ausziehen kann. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Kellerraum, einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz und ein Fahrrad. Alle Fenster sind mit Plissees ausgestattet, im Schlafzimmer lichtundurchlässig. Die Küche bietet einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster, einen Wasserkocher, zwei Herdplatten und eine neue Mikrowelle mit Backofenfunktion. Eine gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind im Keller zu finden und können gegen eine kleine Gebühr genutzt werden. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 50 Meter entfernt. Der Mietpreis ist all inclusive (außer GEZ). Da sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten, auch WLAN. Die Wohnung kann befristet gemietet werden für 3-12 Monate. Wenn alles gut geklappt hat, kann gerne verlängert werden. Besichtigungen können ab sofort erfolgen, auch online.
