We (Cavindra & Megan) are leaving our apartment to you from 22.12.24 to 28.03.25. The apartment has an excellent location in the city center, with perfect connections to Berlin and within Potsdam. The main train station is 10 minutes away by bus and train. Rewe and JohnReed are a 2-minute walk away, as is Sanssouci Park. Bars and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. The rental includes the bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped incl. dishwasher and washing machine with dryer function. The living room has a cozy couch that can be folded out into a 'king size' bed, a TV with Sky, books worth reading and a workstation. In the bedroom there is also a workstation, as well as a seat by the window for cozy reading hours and a 180 x 200 cm solid wood bed with plenty of space underneath. Die Wohnung hat eine exzellente Lage in der Innenstadt, mit perfekter Anbindung nach Berlin und innerhalb Potsdams. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 10 Minuten mit Bus und Bahn entfernt. Rewe und JohnReed sind in 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, sowie der Park Sanssouci. Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermietung umfasst das Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche. Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockner Funktion. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine gemütliche Couch die auch zum 'King size' Bett ausgeklappt werden kann, einen Fernseher mit Sky, Bücher die es wert sind gelesen zu werden und einem Arbeitsplatz. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ebenfalls einen Arbeitsplatz, so wie eine Sitzgelegenheit am Fenster, für gemütliche Lesestunden und einem 180 x 200 cm Massivholz Bett mit viel Platz darunter.
