We are looking for nice subtenants (1-2 people, more suitable for singles or couples) for our charming and fully furnished 2-room attic apartment in Augsburg-Pfersee with its own roof terrace for subletting from the beginning of June to mid-August 2024. The apartment is located near the train station (10min walk or 3 tram stops) and has a very good connection to the city center (3min to the tram stop and 4 stops to Königsplatz). Grocery stores can be found both towards the city center and out of town within 5-10min (2x Edeka, 2x Rewe and a Turkish supermarket within 2min walking distance). The apartment has an open entrance area that leads into both the living room and the kitchen, as well as a separate bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen has a microwave with baking function, a rice stove, a portafilter coffee machine as well as a toaster and kettle. In the bedroom there are 2 open closets and a 1.40x2m bed. We would be very happy to hear from plant lovers.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Bahnhofsnähe (10min Fussweg oder 3 Strassenbahnaltestellen) und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung zur Stadtmitte (3min zur Strassenbahnhaltestelle und 4 Haltestellen zum Königsplatz). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich sowohl Richtung Innenstadt als auch Stadtauswärts innerhalb 5-10min (2x Edeka, 2x Rewe und ein türkischer Supermarkt in 2min Fußnähe). Die Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen Eingangsbereich, der sowohl in das Wohnzimmer als auch die Küche führt, sowie ein abgetrenntes Bad und Schlafzimmer. Die Küche besitzz u.a. eine Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion, einen Reiskocher, eine Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Toaster und Wasserkocher. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich 2 offene Kleiderschränke und ein 1,40x2m Bett. Über Pflanzenliebhaber würden wir uns sehr freuen.
