WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen/-brett sind natürlich kostenlos nutzbar. Eine Basisausstattung an Reinigungsmaterialien (Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Waschmittel, Reiniger, Besen etc.) steht zur Verfügung. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher liegen bereit und werden 1x wöchentlich gewechselt. Auf Wunsch und gegen Gebühr auch öfter. Ansonsten zu beachten: Im selben Haus befindet sich noch eine weitere Wohnung: "Kleine Auster" mit 50qm und gleich hochwertiger Ausstattung.
