This apartment is located on a small street off rue Etienne Marcel in a quartier called 'Mail' where Napoléon Bonaparte actually lived in 1790. Mozart also lived in this area and Dumas writes about this street in his novel, 'La Dame de Monsoreau', so there is a lot of history surrounding this area. When you enter the apartment, you arrive in the open salon and have two large windows directly across from you where there is a small balconette you can step out on. The charming wooden beams on the ceiling make this flat even more inviting. The living area has two distinctive spaces making it great for company - you can have a cocktail in the salon before moving to the dining space for dinner. Both the salon and dining area can seat four people and the sofa converts to a comfortable bed should you have a guest.
