The cosy balcony invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun. The flat is located in a block of flats and can be reached via the normal entrance. Parking is available in the car park behind the house. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Individuelle Wohnung zwischen Hafen und Kreidefelsen in Sassnitz. Unsere Ferienwohnung Crampas 1 liegt in Sassnitz. In der Wohnung gibt es ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Wohnküche und Bad. Es gibt eine privaten Parkplatz und alles kann fußläufig erreicht werden – Altstadt Sassnitz, Hafen Sassnitz, Kreidefelsen, Bahnhof, Supermarkt,...... Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz neu eingerichtet. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Bad ist durch das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Wir haben bei der Einrichtung sehr viel Wert auf Gemütlichkeit und Individualität gelegt. Der gemütliche Balkon lädt zu einem Schlückchen Wein in der Abendsonne ein. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mietshaus und ist über den normalen Hauseingang zu erreichen. Geparkt werden kann auf einem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Bahnhof ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
