In an 18th century building, our apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. The apartment overlooks the impasse Saint Denis, it is facing south for most of the windows and has an unobstructed view and is therefore very sunny. Our apartment is composed of a bedroom area with a double bed which is separated from the living space by a workshop canopy. The kitchen area is fully equipped including an oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, and everything you need. There is a dining area with a table that seats 4 people. There is parquet throughout the apartment except in the bathrooms. The shower room has a window and remains comfortable with storage space and the washing machine. The toilets are separated and also have a window. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. L'appartement donne sur l'impasse Saint Denis, il est orienté plein sud pour l'essentiel des fenêtres et dispose d'une vue dégagée et est donc très ensoleillé. Notre appartement est composé d'un espace chambre avec un lit double qui est séparé de l'espace de vie par une verrière atelier. L'espace cuisine est entièrement équipé avec notamment un four, plaques, four à micro ondes, lave vaisselle, hotte aspirante, et tout le nécessaire. Il y a un coin à manger avec une table pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Il y a du parquet dans tout l'appartement excepté dans les salles d'eau. La salle de douche dispose d'une fenêtre et reste confortable avec des rangements et la machine à laver le linge. Les WC sont séparés et disposent également d'une fenêtre. L'appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé.
