How Green was my Valley? Here it is very green indeed, and the house is located within that beautiful green valley, Valle de Aguas Vivas, known for its abundant water resources that feed the orange groves. You can also open a market stall in your free time with all the produce from the garden, oranges are not the only fruit, plums, bananas, avocados, grapefruits, almonds, nisperos, figs, pomegranates, lot of fruit and trees and plants, its very green you see. And if you want to put your feet up and enjoy your well-earned rest, this place is ideal for that too.. . Besides the main house, you have a separate guest house all set on almost 4,000m2 of multi tiered plot. A large pool and spacious terrace to spend endless time with friends and family or just admire the views and admire the greenery.. . In the main house you have four bedrooms, a nice kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a wood-burning stove for the fresher days in the winter months, and the house has a solar water heater. You have cheap country water from the valley from two different suppliers; 12,000 litre domestic water tank; reverse osmosis water filter is available. There is also an eco-friendly septic tank. The owner is also a green freak.. . The guest house has one room, kitchenette and bathroom, a private terrace and an electric water heater. . . Not far from the house you will find schools (including the British school), supermarkets, restaurants, a private hospital and one of the most extraordinary golf courses in Spain, which has all types of greens..
