At the back of the house you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather. From this area we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area to for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoy a delicious barbecue, and there is also an relax area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbours and privacy is partial. The 400 m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room which includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that same area we have access to the back porch. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample, it includes a table for 4 people and it is fully equipped. It also has access to the back porch. Both stays are acclimated with radiators on the coldest days. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the 1st floor, where there is another beautiful porch with little corners to relax. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and en en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and the last one has a double bed. These three has all a closet. There is a third bathroom with a shower for these bedrooms. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are also available. At the house you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. This house is located very near to a unique spot which the beach of Cala Pi. It is a little beach with a fine sand and dreamy turquoise waters. There are some restaurants around. You can visit the near 17th century watchtower or go for a long walk till cap Blanc, a long route which will compensate you with beautiful cliffs and visits to Es Trenc and Sa Rápita beaches. Das zweigeschossige, 400m2 große Ferienhaus bietet ein freundliches und helles Wohn-Esszimmer mit Sofas im Erdgeschoss. Hier kann man einen faulen Nachmittag beim Lesen, Musik hören oder fernsehen (SAT-TV) verbringen. Im angrenzenden Essbereich finden sechs Personen rund um den Tisch Platz und freuen sich auf gesellige Abende. Von hier aus gelangt man direkt auf die hintere Veranda. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, bietet ein Cerankochfeld, einen Esstisch für vier Gäste und alle notwendigen Kochutensilien. Beide Räume sind an kalten Tagen mit Heizkörpern ausgestattet. Ein Duschbad steht dem Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung. Alle vier Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und befinden sich auf der ersten Etage. Der erste Schlafraum hat ein Doppelbett, ein praktisches Ankleidezimmer und ein privates Badezimmer. Zwei weitere Zimmer sind mit je zwei Einzelbetten versehen und das letzte Schlafzimmer bietet ein Doppelbett. Les quatre chambres, climatisées, sont situées à l'étage supérieur, qui dispose d'un joli porche avec de petits coins pour se détendre. La première chambre dispose d'un lit double, d'un dressing et d'une salle de bain en suite. Parmi les trois autres, deux disposent de 2 lits simples et la dernière d'un lit double, et toutes les trois disposent d'une armoire. L'une des chambres avec deux lits simples dispose également d'une salle de bain avec baignoire. Il y a une troisième salle de bain avec douche à cet étage pour desservir les deux autres chambres. Si vous voyagez avec un bébé, un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont à votre disposition. Dans la maison, vous trouverez un lave-linge, un sèche-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser. Cette maison est située très près d'un endroit unique comme la plage de Cala Pi. C'est une petite plage de sable fin et d'eaux bleu turquoise de rêve. Il y a quelques restaurants de cuisine locale dans les environs. Vous pouvez visiter la tour de guet voisine du XVIIe siècle ou faire une longue promenade jusqu'au Cap Blanc, un long itinéraire qui nous récompensera par des vues depuis les falaises et des visites aux plages d'Es Trenc et de Sa Rápita. A noter : Cette location ne peut accepter de clients de moins de 28 ans, sauf dans le cas où il s'agit d'un séjour familial. Nous avons besoin de copies des pièces d'identité de chaque personne pour pouvoir accepter la réservation. Pour d'éventuelles dépenses supplémentaires, consulter l'annonceur.
