It is no longer in use, so you can easily take a quick look. Just 3km away is the village of Buxières-les-Mines. The local bakery will provide you with a tasty croissant for your breakfast. The famous city of Vichy is also definitely worth a visit. This city is well known for its lovely architectural style. Clermont-Ferrand is a bit further away, but this city is also a must! There is a large, covered terrace right against the house. It includes a large barbecue with a lounge section. In addition, you also have an enormous garden at your disposal, where you can go for beautiful walks. There are no direct neighbours, so all privacy is guaranteed! Pets are also welcome here.

Wir heißen Sie in diesem tollen Ferienhaus im Norden der Auvergne herzlich willkommen. Die Hauseigentümer haben das Haus in den letzten Jahren mit viel Liebe restauriert. Alles ist vorhanden, um Ihnen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Küche ist vollständig mit allen modernen Geräten eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer sind mit guten Boxspringbetten ausgestattet und das Badezimmer wurde auch geschmackvoll renoviert. Am Haus finden Sie einen Aufstellpool (7.2 x 3.6 mtr), in dem Sie sich an den heißen Tagen herrlich abkühlen können! Außerdem steht Ihnen ein gigantischer Garten zur Verfügung, in dem Sie schöne Spaziergänge machen können. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, alle Privatsphäre ist also garantiert. In der Nähe des Hauses ist ein alter Steinbruch zu finden. Dieser wird nicht mehr genutzt, Sie können sich also ruhig umschauen. Nur 3 km entfernt liegt das Dorf Buxière-les-Mines. Hier bekommen Sie beim lokalen Bäcker ein leckeres Croissant für das Frühstück. Die berühmte Stadt Vichy ist auch einen Besuch wert. Diese Stadt ist u. a. für ihren prächtigen Baustil bekannt. Clermont-Ferrand liegt etwas weiter entfernt, aber auch diese Stadt ist zu empfehlen!

Los propietarios han restaurado la casa con amor en los últimos años. ¡Todo está ahí para que sea lo más agradable posible para ti! La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos modernos, las habitaciones están equipadas con buenos somieres y el baño también ha sido restaurado con buen gusto. ¡Alrededor de la casa encontrará una piscina sobre el suelo donde podrá refrescarse durante los días calurosos! La nouvelle piscine (7,2 x 3,6 m) sera prête à partir du printemps 2021, rendant votre séjour dans ce logement encore plus agréable ! Près de la maison, il y a une ancienne carrière qui n'est plus utilisée et que vous pouvez donc découvrir. Le village de Buxières-les-Mines est situé à seulement 3 km. La boulangerie du village se fera un plaisir de vous vendre de délicieux croissants pour le petit-déjeuner. La célèbre ville de Vichy mérite aussi certainement la visite. Cette ville est connue pour son beau style architectural. Clermont-Ferrand se trouve un peu plus loin, mais constitue aussi un must ! Une grande terrasse couverte est attenante à la maison. Elle est pourvue d'un grand barbecue, ainsi que d'un coin pour s'asseoir. De plus, vous avez à votre disposition un gigantesque jardin à travers lequel il fait bon se promener. Il n'y a pas de voisins immédiats, votre intimité est donc entièrement garantie ! Vos animaux de compagnie sont également les bienvenus.
Siate i benvenuti in questa bella casa per le vacanze nel nord dell'Alvernia. I proprietari di case hanno restaurato amorevolmente la casa negli ultimi anni. Tutto è lì per renderlo il più piacevole possibile per te! La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici moderni, le camere sono dotate di buone molle e il bagno è stato restaurato con gusto. Intorno alla casa troverete una piscina fuori terra dove è possibile rinfrescarsi durante le giornate calde! Inoltre, hai un enorme giardino a tua disposizione dove puoi fare bellissime passeggiate. Non ci sono vicini immediati, quindi tutta la privacy è garantita! Vicino alla casa c'è una vecchia cava, che non è più in uso, quindi puoi dare un'occhiata. A soli 3 km si trova il villaggio di Buxières-les-Mines, per un gustoso cornetto per la colazione puoi andare al panificio locale giustamente. Vanaf het voorjaar 2021 zal het grote ronde zwembad van 4.8 meter klaar zijn waardoor het verblijf nog aangenamer zal zijn! Vlak bij het huis is een oude steengroeve te vinden, deze is niet meer in gebruik dus u kunt gerust een kijkje nemen. Op slechts 3 km ligt het dorpje Buxières-les-Mines. Voor een lekkere croissant bij het ontbijt kunt u hier bij de lokale bakker terecht. De beroemde stad Vichy is ook absoluut een bezoekje waard. Deze stad is bekend om z'n prachtige bouwstijl. Clermont-Ferrand ligt weer wat verder, maar ook deze stad is een aanrader! Er is een groot overdekt terras wat aan het huis vast zit, hier staat een grote barbecue met een lounge gedeelte. Daarnaast heeft u een gigantische tuin tot uw beschikking waar u mooie wandeltochten kunt maken. Directe buren zijn er niet, dus alle privacy is gegarandeerd! Ook uw huisdieren zijn welkom.
