Geniet van een mooie vakantie in een charmant huisje aan het water en in het centrum van Edam. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand en via het busstation bent u met het openbaar vervoer zo in Amsterdam. Op de begane grond bevindt zich de lichte woonkamer met een gezellige zithoek, eettafel en openslaande deuren naar het heerlijke terras aan het water. Tevens bevinden zich de complete keuken en de badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet zich op de begane grond. Op de eerste verdieping liggen twee slaapkamers, een slaapkamer met een tweepersoons bed en een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden. Aan zowel de voorkant als de achterkant van de woning ligt een terras waar het goed toeven is. De eigenaar van uw vakantiehuis woont op het perceel vóór de vakantiewoning en heeft een paar kippen en een haan dus de kans bestaat dat u tijdens de vakantie af en toe een vers eitje krijgt! In Edam vind u winkeltjes, gezellige terrassen en een keur aan bezienswaardigheden. Historische gevels, talrijke rijksmonumenten, kades met bomen langs het water op een half uurtje van Amsterdam. Net buiten het centrum ligt het Fort bij Edam, onderdeel van de Stelling van Amsterdam en het grenst bijna aan de Beemster, beide Unesco Wereld Erfgoed. De vakantiewoning ligt achter de woning van de eigenaar maar u heeft uw eigen opgang en tuin. Uw privacy wordt gerespecteerd. In de tuin van de eigenaar zijn kippen en een haan aanwezig, de eigenaar zal zijn best doen om de haan niet te vroeg te laten kraaien.
