Das Haus befindet sich bei Telti, einem kleinen Dorf in der Nähe des 10 Kilometer entfernten Olbia. Auf dem Landgut befinden sich außer dem Haus eine Villa und vier weitere Ferienwohnungen inmitten einer drei Hektar großen mediterranen Landschaft, mit einem Obstgarten, einem Weingarten und vielen Blumen. Und Esel und Hühner, Spaß für die Kinder! Auf dem Anwesen steht den Gästen ein schönes Schwimmbad zur Verfügung, an dem man vor Ort auf Wunsch einen Frühstücksservice in Anspruch nehmen oder einfach einen Snack oder ein Getränk zu sich nehmen kann. Das Haus hat eine private Loggia, mit einem Platz zum Entspannen, Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Den Gästen stehen Fahrräder zur Verfügung, mit denen man man die wunderschöne Landschaft in der Umgebung erkunden kann und bis ins drei Kilometer entfernte Dorf gelangt.
Casa situada a pocos kilómetros de Telti, una pequeña ciudad cerca de Olbia, que está a sólo diez Km. Casa es todo 'en el interior de una granja donde c "es una villa y cuatro apartamentos como tres hectáreas de matorral mediterráneo, con huerta, viñedo y muchos flores. Y burros y pollos en el lugar, ¡diversión para los niños! Está a disposición de los huéspedes una hermosa piscina donde se puede también tener lugar en el desayuno o comer unos bocadillos o drink. La tiene una zona de relax equipada con muebles de jardín y barbacoa. la cocina está bien equipada y la casa es muy amplia. A disposición de los huéspedes hay bicicletas con las que se pueden visitar el campo que lo rodea y llegar al pueblo que está a sólo 3 km.

La maison est située au sein d'un domaine où se trouvent une villa et 4 autres appartements immergés dans trois hectares de maquis méditerranéen, avec verger, vignes et quantité de fleurs. Et des ânes et des poules sur place, amusants pour les enfants! Sur le domaine, à la disposition des hôtes, on trouve une belle piscine où il sera également possible de demander le service du petit-déjeuner sur place ou de consommer toutes sortes de snack ou boisson. La maison dispose d'une terrasse privée avec un espace de détente équipé d'un salon de jardin et d'un barbecue. La cuisine est bien équipée et la maison est très spacieuse. Il y a des vélos à disposition des hôtes avec lesquels vous pourrez visiter la belle campagne environnante et vous rendre au village distant de seulement 3 km.

La casa è all'interno di una tenuta dove c'è una villa e altri 4 appartamenti immersi nel verde di tre ettari di macchia mediterranea, con frutteto, vigna e tantissimo fiori. E asini e galline sul posto, divertimento per i bambini! Nella tenuta c'è a disposizione degli ospiti una bella piscina dove sarà possibile anche richiedere sul posto il servizio colazione o consumare qualche snack o bevanda. La casa ha un loggiato privato con una zona relax attrezzata con mobili da giardino e barbecue. La cucina è ben attrezzata e la casa è molto spaziosa. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono delle biciclette con le quali si potrà visitare la bellissima campagna circostante e arrivare sino al villaggio che dista solo 3 Km. Nel prezzo è compresa la colazione che viene servita in un loggiato comune di fronte alla piscina.

En ezels en kippen ter plaatse, leuk voor de kinderen! Op het landgoed staat een fraai zwembad ter beschikking van de gasten. Ter plekke kunnen zij ook ontbijtservice aanvragen of snacks of drankjes bestellen. Het huis heeft een eigen galerij met een ontspanningsruimte, ingericht met tuinmeubilair en een barbecue. Er is een goed uitgeruste keuken. Het is een zeer ruim huis. Gasten kunnen gebruik maken van fietsen om het schitterende omliggende gebied te bezoeken en naar het dorpje te fietsen dat op slechts 3 km afstand ligt.
