Wunderschönes Haus im Grünen mit atemberaubender Aussicht aufs Meer. Es eignet sich besonders für Naturliebhaber, die einen ruhigen Urlaub nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt verbringen möchten. Das kühle und ruhige Haus auf einem Stock ist in zwei unabhängige Wohnungen aufgeteilt. Der große Garten ist ebenfalls geteilt, um die Privatsphäre beider Parteien zu schützen. Er umfasst ca. 5000 Quadratmeter und mit mediterraner Macchia bewachsen, die von jahrhundertealten Oliven- und einigen Obstbäumen ergänzt wird. Auf der einen Seite liegt das Meer, von wo Sie aus die Inseln Giglio und Giannutri erblicken, auf der anderen Seite der Monte Argentario. Ebenfalls zur Verfügung steht eine gepflasterte Terrasse mit Pergola, wo Sie im Freien Ihre Mahlzeiten einnehmen können, eine Laube mit Meerblick, eine Dusche im Garten und ein Schattenplatz. Das Meer erreichen Sie im Gegensatz zu anderen Orten an der Panoramastraße entlang dem Berg sehr schnell und problemlos. La vivienda, fresca y silenciosa, tiene una única planta y se divide en dos apartamentos independientes. El jardín está bien dividido para mantener la privacidad entre ambos apartamentos. Mide unos 5000 m2 y contiene plantas mediterráneas, muchos olivos de más de cien años y algunos árboles frutales. Por una parte, se orienta al mar (se pueden contemplar las islas del Giglio y Giannutri), y por la otra al Monte Argentario. Dispone de una terraza pavimentada con pérgola para comer al aire libre, un quiosco con vistas al mar, una ducha exterior y una plaza de estacionamiento con sombra. El acceso al mar es especialmente rápido y cercano, en relación con otras zonas de la ruta panorámica que bordea el Monte. Además, existe una gran variedad de calas a pocos metros de la propiedad: Le Scorpacciate, una zona con dos accesos de bajada al mar; el Mar Morto, una especie de piscina natural; Le Cannelle, una bahía equipada con sombrillas y bar/restaurante. Cette maison de plain-pied, fraîche et silencieuse, est divisée en deux appartements indépendants. Le jardin est bien divisé pour préserver l'intimité entre les deux appartements. La propriété s'étend sur environ 5 .000 m2 où poussent la garrigue, un grand nombre d'oliviers séculaires et quelques arbres fruitiers. Elle donne d'un côté sur la mer (vous pourrez admirer les îles du Giglio et de Giannutri), et de l'autre, sur le Monte Argentario. Elle est dotée d'une terrasse dallée, et de pergolas où vous pourrez prendre vos repas en plein air, d'un kiosque avec vue sur la mer, d'une douche extérieure et d'une place de parking à l'ombre. On arrive très facilement à la mer et aux autres sites de la route panoramique qui fait le tour du mont. Il y a aussi une grande variété de criques à quelques mètres seulement de la propriété : "Le Scorpacciate", un site avec deux chemins différents qui mènent à mer, le "Mar Morto", une sorte de piscine naturelle, "Le Cannelle", une baie équipée de parasols et d'un café-restaurant. Les frais de service couvrent les coûts du gaz, de l'électricité et de l'eau. La maison n'est pas chauffée.

Il casale, fresco e silenzioso, è strutturato su un unico livello ed è diviso in due appartamenti indipendenti. Misura circa 5 .000 mq ed è composto dalla macchia mediterranea, molti ulivi secolari e qualche albero da frutta. Da una parte si affaccia sul mare (si possono ammirare le isole del Giglio e Giannutri), dall’altra sul Monte Argentario. E’ dotato di due terrazze pavimentate con pergolato dove poter mangiare all’aperto con vista mare, ha una doccia esterna e un posto auto ombreggiato. L’accesso al mare è particolarmente agevole e vicino, rispetto alle altre zone della via Panoramica che costeggia il Monte. Inoltre c’è una grande varietà di cale diverse, a pochi metri dalla proprietà: “Le Scorpacciate”, una zona con due diverse scese al mare; il “Mar Morto”, una sorta di piscina naturale con bar dove è possibile affittare lettini; “Le Cannelle”, una baia attrezzata con ombrelloni e bar/ristorante. Le spiagge di sabbia si trovano a circa 10 km. Il paese più comodo da raggiungere è Porto Santo Stefano. La strada che congiunge il paese alla casa è una strada panoramica a curve, con una bellissima vista sul mare e sulla costa. Il percorso dal paese alla casa è di circa 8 km e si percorre in circa 15/20 minuti. I costi di servizio sono a copertura dei costi di gas, luce e acqua La casa non ha riscaldamento.
