Our lovingly furnished holiday home, Wasserperle (4-5 people), awaits you with direct water access, a private jetty, and a canoe. The house features a living area with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet, a storage room, and a sauna on the first floor. From the living room, you can access the terrace with an awning, parasol, windbreak, and barbecue facilities. Enjoy the peace and quiet and go fishing or swimming from your private jetty. A canoe is available for your use – of course, you are also welcome to bring your own boat or jet ski to explore the IJsselmeer (400m) or the many canals in the surrounding area. Existing bicycles, scooters, and games may be used – without guarantee. A motorboat that doesn't require a license can also be arranged through us. Bicycles, e-bikes, go-karts, kayaks, electric boats, and SUPs can be rented 200 meters away. Surf schools and equipment are available on the beach. Es erwartet Sie unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus Wasserperle (4-5 Personen) mit direktem Wasserzugang / eigenen Steg und Kanu. Das Haus verfügt über einen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und ein Gaste-WC, einen Abstellraum und eine Sauna in der 1. Etage. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangen Sie auf die Terrasse mit Markise, Sonnenschirm, Windschutz und Grillmöglichkeiten. Genießen Sie die Ruhe und angeln oder baden Sie vom eigenen Bootssteg. Es steht ein Kanu zur freien Verfügung – natürlich können Sie auch gerne Ihr eigenes Boot oder Ihren Jet-Ski mitbringen um das Ijsselmeer (400m) oder die vielen Grachten/Kanäle in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Vorhandene Fahrräder und Roller sowie Spiele dürfen genutzt werden – ohne Gewährleistung. Ein führerscheinfreies Motorboot kann auch über uns angefragt werden. In 200 m Entfernung können Sie Fahrräder, E-Bikes, Go-Karts, Kajaks, Elektroboote und SUPs mieten.
