The interior of the house stands out for the collection of works of art that accompany a classic and exclusive decoration. At the entrance, the main room welcomes us with the spectacular grand piano. There is another large dining room where you can watch TV and eat together; a large library with TV-sat and AC; another dining room for 6 people; and the impressive kitchen-dining room that has an induction top, AC and access to one of the terraces. The independent laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and fan, 2 bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub complete the main floor. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC and a double bed except one that offers twin beds. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Finally, we can provide a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby. It is a few km from Inca, a small city where you will find everything you need for your stay and which also holds a large street market with typical and seasonal products on Thursdays . The closest beach is Muro and in just 30 minutes by car, you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und es gibt direkte Nachbarn. Im Inneren überzeugt das Haus mit einer Kunstsammlung aus verschiedenen Kulturen und Epochen und einer hochwertigen Einrichtung im klassischen Stil. Der Eingangsbereich geht fließend in einen Wohnbereich über im dem Sie gemeinsame Stunden verbringen und vielleicht den Klängen der Flügels lauschen. Alrededor de la casa tienen un maravilloso jardín donde pueden relajarse así como varias terrazas en las que descansar y tomar una copa al atardecer. La propiedad se encuentra vallada y hay vecinos directos. El interior de la casa destaca por la colección de obras de arte que acompañan a una decoración clásica y exclusiva. En la entrada nos recibe la sala principal con el espectacular piano de cola. Hay otra gran sala comedor donde pueden ver la TV y comer todos juntos; una gran biblioteca con TV-sat y AC; otro comedor para 6 personas; y la impresionante cocina comedor que cuenta con fuego de inducción, AC y salida a una de las terrazas.
