You will really enjoy your vacation in the exterior area of this house. The covered porch offers you lots of corners to have a rest. By the pool you will find a BBQ zone with a small kitchen with a few plates and cutlery. For your kids we have left a pink play house in the garden. The private, chlorine pool has a size of 7 x 5 meters. All sun lovers of you will find 6 sun beds in the garden and 2 more on the terrace. The lawn measures about 140 m2, so you have a lot of space to bask in the sun. There also is an exterior shower bathroom for your comfort. The plot is fenced. You could park easily in the patio of the house. As the property is located in the village Petra, there are direct neighbours. This 2-storey house is 200 m2 and it has 3 bedrooms with AC, two bathrooms and a toilet. It’s ideal for couples with children or for groups of friends. From the terrace you have access to the cosy living room that invites you to relax, reading a good book, surf on the internet, watch television or have fun playing carom billiards. The adjoining dining area comes with a big table and 8 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped; furthermore you will find a washing machine and an iron with ironing board in the house. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds, and the other two feature a double bed. On of the last bedrooms presents an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub and shower. The other bathroom has a shower. The area around Petra is particularly rural with fertile land and lots of farmers. The idyllic, rolling countryside invites you to take long strolls, to hike or to cycle and explore the beauty of this peaceful zone. You can still find lots of wind mills there. It's very romantic to walk along the small paths, passing cornfields, wind mills and old farms. On the horizon raises the "Puig de Bonany", this is with 317 meters the highest elevation of the area. From up there you can see big part of Majorca: starting with the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana through to the Bahía de Alcúdia. Furthermore, you'll find a tiny church up there. It's beautiful! Where do you want to go to the beach? From Petra is very easy to get to the northern and south-eastern beaches, in between 20 - 20 minutes driving by car you can get to lots beaches. For us the best ones are: Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, the natural beach Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom and much more! The use of the A/C is free of charge for 12 hours a day to be chosen by our guests. If you wish A/C the whole day, there's a charge. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. Die Veranda ist überdacht und mit verschiedenen Möbeln und Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Dort kann man gut am Nachmittag bei einem Kaffee und Kuchen entspannen oder den Abend bei einem gemütlichen Abendessen im Kreis der Familie ausklingen lassen. Auch einem Grillfest steht nichts im Weg, denn es ist ein gemauerter Grill auf der Veranda vorhanden. Die dazugehörige Arbeitsplatte leistet beim Vorbereiten der Speisen gute Dienste, ausserdem findet man dort auch Geschirr, damit man es nicht von der Küche holen muss. Das kleine, rosafarbene Spielhaus neben der Terrasse wird die Kinder bestimmt begeistern. Im Garten befindet sich der private Pool. Dort finden alle großen und kleinen Wasserratten sowie alle Sonnenanbeter ihren Lieblingsplatz. Der Pool misst 7 m x 5 m und ist chlorhaltig. Es sind ausserdem 6 Sonnenliegen im Garten sowie 2 auf der Veranda vorhanden. Die Rasenfläche misst ca. 140 m2. Das Außenbad mit Dusche ist sehr praktisch, um sich nach einem Tag am Strand den Sand von der Haut zu waschen. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt. Man kann das Auto im Innenhof abstellen. Es gibt ein paar Nachbarn in der Umgebung, jedoch ist das Grundstück komplett privat. Die gemütliche, einstöckige Unterkunft mit einer Größe von 200 m2 verfügt über 3 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und eignet sich perfekt für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie oder einen erholsamen Individualurlaub mit Freunden. Zwei der Schlafzimmer verfügen über Doppelbetten, das dritte ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Das grösste hat ein Badezimmer en-suite mit Dusche und Massagebadewanne. Es ist noch ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche sowie ein separates WC vorhanden. Von der Veranda hat man Zugang zum behaglichen Wohnzimmer, welches Sie mit seinem gemütlichen Kamin zum entspannen einlädt. Das Wohnzimmer ist genau der richtige Platz um in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen, im Internet zu surfen (WIFI), fernzusehen (Satellitenempfang) oder ein Nickerchen zu machen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Der angrenzende Essbereich ist mit einem Tisch und 8 Stühlen möbliert. Es ist sogar ein Billiardtisch zum spielen mit Karambolkugeln vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Gegend um Petra ist vor allem ländlich und wird schon seit langer Zeit landwirtschaftlich genutzt. Die sanften Hügel und weiten Felder sind ideal für romantische Spaziergänge, zum Radfahren, Laufen oder Wandern. Die alten Windmühlen und Bauernhöfe runden das Gesamtbild perfekt ab. Am Horizont erhebt sich der Hügel „Puig de Bonany“ welcher mit 317 Metern die höchste Erhebung der Gegend darstellt. Ein Ausflug auf den Puig de Bonany ist empfehlenswert denn von oben hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Umland und kann an klaren Tagen sogar Teile der Gebirgskette Serra de Tramuntana sowie der Bucht von Alcúdia sehen. Ausserdem gibt es oben auch eine kleine Kirche. In 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen Sie das Dorf Sineu. Dort findet am Mittwoch der bekannte Wochenmarkt statt, wo man neben frischen Produkten der Einheimischen auch handwerklich gearbeitete Gegenstände erwerben kann. Auch kulinarisch ist am Wochenmarkt so einiges los: probieren Sie unbedingt das „Frit Mallorquí“, ein traditionelles Gericht mit Lammfleisch oder Schweinefleisch und gebratenen Kartoffeln. Von Petra aus kann man leicht mit dem Auto an die nördlichen und süd-östlichen Strände der Insel fahren. You will really enjoy your vacation in the exterior area of this house. The covered porch offers you lots of corners to have a rest. By the pool you will find a BBQ zone with a small kitchen with a few plates and cutlery. For your kids we have left a pink play house in the garden. The private, chlorine pool has a size of 7 x 5 meters. All sun lovers of you will find 6 sun beds in the garden and 2 more on the terrace. The lawn measures about 140 m2, so you have a lot of space to bask in the sun. There also is an exterior shower bathroom for your comfort. The plot is fenced. You could park easily in the patio of the house. As the property is located in the village Petra, there are direct neighbours. This 2-storey house is 200 m2 and it has 3 bedrooms with AC, two bathrooms and a toilet. It’s ideal for couples with children or for groups of friends. From the terrace you have access to the cosy living room that invites you to relax, reading a good book, surf on the internet, watch television or have fun playing carom billiards. The adjoining dining area comes with a big table and 8 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped; furthermore you will find a washing machine and an iron with ironing board in the house. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds, and the other two feature a double bed. On of the last bedrooms presents an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub and shower. The other bathroom has a shower. The area around Petra is particularly rural with fertile land and lots of farmers. The idyllic, rolling countryside invites you to take long strolls, to hike or to cycle and explore the beauty of this peaceful zone. You can still find lots of wind mills there. It's very romantic to walk along the small paths, passing cornfields, wind mills and old farms. On the horizon raises the "Puig de Bonany", this is with 317 meters the highest elevation of the area. From up there you can see big part of Majorca: starting with the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana through to the Bahía de Alcúdia. Furthermore, you'll find a tiny church up there. It's beautiful! Where do you want to go to the beach? From Petra is very easy to get to the northern and south-eastern beaches, in between 20 - 20 minutes driving by car you can get to lots beaches. For us the best ones are: Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, the natural beach Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom and much more! The use of the A/C is free of charge for 12 hours a day to be chosen by our guests. If you wish A/C the whole day, there's a charge. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
