This charming town house surprises with a stone-lined patio where you'll find the private salt water pool. The 5m x 2m sized pool has a depth ranging from 0.3m to 1.5m and is surrounded by a furnished terrace which is perfect for a barbecue. There's an exterior shower, perfect for showering before and after swimming. The sun terrace on the first floor offers four loungers - a heavenly place to spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun! The plot is fenced and, as this house is in the town, there are next-door neighbours. This house offers accommodation on two floors and 120m2 and has been totally renovated at the beginning of 2017. The rooms' decoration is very Mediterranean but includes lots of details of the former, Majorcan style like the wooden beams or walls made of natural stone. The nice living room provides you with a TV (satellite channels only in German and Spanish), A/C and a comfortable sofa. The dining area is open to the kitchen where you'll find a vitro hob, dishwasher, kitchenware, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom on the ground floor comes with a double bed. It has no window, but is very cozy. A shower bathroom is available on the ground floor. The first floor comprises two twin bedrooms with access to the terrace. One comes with a private shower bath. If you travel with a baby, we supply a cot and a high chair. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Set in the village of Campanet, this place is just perfect for a holiday away from mass tourism. If you like meeting local people, being in touch with nature and living in a small town - don't think about it, come and visit us! Tuesday is market day and you could buy fresh and local groceries on the main square, chat with the locals, have some tapas and beers. Campanet provides you with a small grocery shop, a bank, bars and restaurants serving Majorcan cuisine. As the mountains are quite close, you can cycle and hike, exploring the beautiful surroundings. Das einladende Haus überrascht mit einem Patio aus Naturstein wo sich gleichzeitig der kleine aber komplett private, 5m x 2m große und zwischen 0.3m und 1.5m tiefe Salzwasserpool befindet. Rundherum erstreckt sich die möblierte Terrasse, wo man den Abend mit einem Barbecue begehen kann. Die Außendusche sorgt für schnelle Abkühlung zwischendurch. Auf der ersten Etage gibt es eine weitere Terrasse die sich mit vier Liegen zum Sonnenbaden anbietet. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und, da sich das Haus im Ort befindet, gibt es Nachbarn nebenan. Die 120m2 große Unterkunft bietet zwei Etagen und wurde Anfang 2017 komplett renoviert. Die Zimmer sind mediterran eingerichtet, ohne die ursprüngliche Essenz des Hauses zu vergessen - davon zeugen noch die Deckenbalken aus Holz und Wände aus Naturstein. Im hübschen Wohnzimmer kann man den Nachmittag beim Fernsehen (Satellitenempfang mit deutschen und spanischen Sendern) verbringen. Dank der Klimaanlage ist es hier auch im Sommer schön kühl. Der Essbereich mit Poolblick ist zur komplett ausgestatteten Küche hin offen. Dort findet man ein Cerankochfeld, einen Geschirrspüler, Küchenutensilien sowie eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein Doppelbett und ist - trotz fehlendem Fenster - sehr gemütlich. Ein Duschbad steht dem Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung. Im ersten Stock findet man zwei weitere Zimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten und Zugang zur Terrasse. Eines hat noch zusätzlich ein Duschbad en-suite. Wenn ein Baby mit anreist, bereiten wir ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl vor. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Das Haus befindet sich im Ort Campanet, ideal für Gäste die gerne in der Natur sind, im Dorf wohnen und sich auch mal gern auf einen Tratsch mit den Einheimischen einlassen. Dienstags füllt sich der Hauptplatz schnell, da Markttag ist und frische Produkte aus der Region angeboten werden. Dort kann man sich unter die Leute mischen, ein paar Tapas essen und bei einem Bierchen das bunte Treiben beobachten. Im Ortskern gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, mallorquinische Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bank. Da sich Campanet an den Ausläufern des Tramuntanagebirges befindet, kann man hier hervorragend wandern und Rad fahren. Grössere Supermärkte und alle weiteren notwendigen Dienstleistungen sind in Sa Pobla oder an der Küste - z.B. in Can Picafort oder Puerto de Alcúdia - zu finden. Letzere beiden Orte sind auch wunderbar für einen Tag am Strand. Eventuelle Nebenkosten müssen beim Anbieter nachgefragt werden. Haustiere sind verboten. Partys oder ähnliche Veranstaltungen sind nicht gestattet. Tiene un tamaño de 5m x 2m y una profundidad de entre 0.3m a 1.5m y está rodeada por una terraza donde hacer una barbacoa. Una ducha exterior es ideal para refrescarse de vez en cuando. La terraza en la primera planta es el sitio preferido de todos los amantes de sol ya que dispone de cuatro hamacas. La parcela está vallada y, debido a que la casa se encuentra en el pueblo, hay vecinos al lado. Este alojamiento ofrece un segundo hogar en 120m2 y dos plantas y fue totalmente renovado a principios de 2017. La decoración de las habitaciones es muy mediterránea, sin olvidar detalles de la estructura mallorquina como las vigas de madera o paredes de piedra natural. El bonito salón invita a ver una película en la televisión de satélite (canales en alemán y castellano). Aquí hay aire acondicionado para que no tenga calor durante el verano. La zona de comedor con vistas a la piscina está abierta a la cocina bien equipada, incluyendo una vitro cerámica, lavavajillas, utensilios de cocina, lavadora, plancha y tabla para planchar. El dormitorio con cama doble está en la planta baja no tiene ventana pero es muy cómodo. Un baño con ducha da servicio a la planta baja. Ta piękna kamienica zaskakuje wyłożonym kamieniem patio, gdzie głównym bohaterem domu jest: mały, ale całkowicie prywatny basen solny. Ma wymiary 5 m x 2 m i głębokość od 0,3 m do 1,5 m i jest otoczony tarasem, na którym można urządzić grilla. Prysznic na świeżym powietrzu jest idealnym miejscem na od czasu do czasu ochłodzenie się. Une douche extérieure est idéale pour se rafraîchir de temps en temps. La terrasse du premier étage est l'endroit préféré de tous les amoureux du soleil puisqu'elle dispose de quatre hamacs.
