There is a saltwater pool of 9 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 2.00 m to 0.90 m. Around the pool there is a shower, four deck-chairs and two umbrellas. There is a fixed barbecue and a wood oven ideal for cooking outdoors. The outdoor spaces have a paved area of 100 m2 and a lawn with a vegetable garden of 35 m2. There is a slide for the little kids. The privacy is total and there are two parking spaces. The living room with fireplace and air conditioning is the ideal place to relax watching satellite TV, listening to music or reading a good book.
