Bellissimo rustico in pietra sulle colline sopra il paese di Buti, tra Lucca e Pisa, immerso nel verde tra oliveti e vigneti con una splendida vista sui paesi circostanti, grande piscina interrata in comune (13 m x 6 m / profondità: 1,10 mt – 2 mt). Bellissima proprietà di circa 7000 mq composta da due caratteristici rustici in pietra Casolare e un altro rustico completamente indipendente suddiviso in due appartamenti Rosmarino e Salvia. I due rustici sono distanti l’uno dall’altro (circa 70 m) ed hanno un ampia zona esterna privata attrezzata per mangiare all’aperto ed una parte riservata del giardino con piante aromatiche, olivi e vigneti. In comune agli ospiti dei due rustici una grande piscina interrata completamente recintata (13 m x 6 m / profondità: 1,10 mt – 2 mt) attrezzata con sdraio, ombrelloni, tavoli e sedie. Una volta giunti sul posto, la macchina non è indispensabile – ristoranti (100 m) , alimentari e negozi (circa 1 km) possono essere facilmente raggiunti a piedi. Potrete organizzare bellissime gite di un giorno nelle maggiori città d’arte della Toscana quali Firenze, Lucca (25 km), Pisa, Siena oppure verso la costa (Marina di Pisa 35 km o Marino di Vecchiano sono sicuramente le spiagge più vicine). Per coloro che amano le passeggiate all’aria aperta la zona è sicuramente molto bella vi consigliamo di visitare le strade del borgo antico di Buti o di raggiungere con una passeggiata di circa 5 km il Monte Serra. Sono molti i percorsi che partano dal paese per raggiungere Vicopisano.
