Here you will find a wonderful lake plot on Väddö in Stockholm's northern archipelago, with docks, a boat and a sauna! The plot is fenced and the cottage owner allows pets. The large house has 4 beds, one double room and one with two beds and a guest house down by the water that has a bunk bed. In the large house there is a fully tiled bathroom with shower and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a lovely family room with windows in all directions and another large dining table and four comfortable armchairs where you can sit and look out at the water. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. The guest cabin has no toilet or shower, but a small table and two chairs. In the boathouse you will find a spacious sauna and a relaxation corner. Wonderful to throw yourself in the sea after the sauna! A small dinghy for two adults is included in the rent if you want to row out and enjoy or catch a fish for dinner. Life jackets are available for two adults and two children. On top of the boathouse there is a large terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue. The bus stop is only 50 meters from the house, go to Grisslehamn in one direction or Älmsta and Stockholm in the other direction. Grisslehamn is a wonderful summer town, with restaurants, cafes, shops and a nice SPA. From here you can take a nice day trip to Åland via boat. There are more shops in Hallstavik.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus auf einem wunderschönen Ufergrundstück, auf der Insel Väddö in Stockholms nördlichen Schären, mit hauseigener Anlegestellen, einem Boot und einer Sauna! Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und der Ferienhausbesitzer erlaubt Haustiere. Im Haus selbst gibt es vier Schlafplätze; ein Doppelzimmer und ein zweites Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Dazu gibt es einen separaten Annex unten am Wasser mit einem Etagenbett mit zwei Kojen. Im großen Haus findet man zudem ein komplett gefliestes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, eine Küche mit Essbereich und ein schönes Familienzimmer mit Fenstern in alle Richtungen sowie einen weiteren großen Esstisch und vier bequeme Sesseln mit Ausblick zum Wasser. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Der Annex hat keine eigene Toilette oder Dusche, aber einen kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühle. Im Bootshaus finden Sie eine geräumige Sauna und eine Entspannungsecke. Herrlich, um sich nach der Sauna direkt ins Wasser zu springen! Ein kleines Beiboot für zwei Erwachsene ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen, falls Sie hinausrudern und einen Fisch zum Abendessen angeln möchten. Schwimmwesten sind für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder vorhanden. Am Bootshaus gibt es eine große Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und einem Grill.
