Danach können Sie sich auf einer der 6 Liegen der Poolterrasse von der Sonne verwöhnen lassen. Es gibt eine praktische Gartendusche und einen Sitzbereich auf der Poolterrasse, wie wäre es mit einem Grillabend? Ein Gas-Grill ist vorhanden. An frischen Tagen bietet sich der Wintergarten an um den Abend beim Plaudern ausklingen zu lassen. Vom Wintergarten kommen Sie direkt in die moderne Wohnküche mit Essplatz. Hier kochen Sie auf einem Gasherd und haben dafür alle wichtigen Geräte und Utensilien die Sie benötigen. Angrenzend befindet sich der klimatisierte Wohn - Essbereich, perfekt um einen Moment zu entspannen, ein Programm im TV zu schauen oder schöne Stunden mit Freunden und Familie zu verbringen. Hay una ducha exterior también a su disposición para ello. Junto a la piscina, una área amueblada con mesa y sillas es perfecta para tomar un rico desayuno o bien unas sabrosas recetas preparadas en la barbacoa de gas. Y, al caer la noche, pueden cenar en la terraza acristalada si les es más cómodo. Desde esta terraza cerrada pueden acceder directamente al interior, donde encuentran la cocina equipada con encimera de gas, horno, una mesa con sillas y mucho más. Luego acceden al salón-comedor, perfecto para ver la televisión o relajarse charlando junto al aire acondicionado. You will also find an exterior shower. There is a furnished area next to the pool with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or a good meal cooked on the gas barbecue. The glass terrace is perfect to have a great evening. From the terrace you access the house where you will find the kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop, oven, a table with chairs and much more. Then you enter the living - dining room where you can relax while watching the TV or chat while cooling down with the AC. There are three bedrooms with a double bed, a closet and a fan each but one with AC and an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a second bathroom with a tub for the rest of the house.
