Het gezellige centrum van de stad Groningen ligt op 18 km. Het vakantiehuis staat op het bosrijke deel van het vakantiepark. Het beslaat twee etages en is comfortabel en compleet ingericht. Op de begane grond vindt u er een fijne woonkamer met TV. De open keuken met kookeiland beschikt onder andere over een combimagnetron en afwasmachine. Er zijn drie slaapkamers, elk met twee 1-pers. boxspringbedden, waarbij in één slaapkamer in een 2-pers. opstelling. In de badkamer vindt u er een ligbad en douche. In de hal is er een apart toilet.
