Ancien hameau, situé dans un endroit bien isolé et très calme, les bâtiments qui le composent ont été restaurés dans le respect de la tradition. Il regroupe 3 corps de bâtiments: La métairie se compose d’un vaste salon/salle à manger baigné de fraîcheur, d’une grande cuisine capable d’accueillir 14 personnes à table et d’une chambre double avec salle de bain. En face, la bergerie a été parfaitement aménagée pour recréer 2 splendides appartements de respectivement 5 et 6 personnes. Comme un trait d’union dans cet ensemble, la grange est restée dans son état d’origine à l’extérieur, tout en accueillant 2 grandes chambres doubles avec salle d’eau, ainsi qu’une salle de jeu couverte et une buanderie-remise. Het omvat drie gebouwencomplexen : de pachthoeve, die beschikt over een groot salon, een aangename koele eetkamer, een grote keuken die plaats biedt aan veertien personen en een tweepersoonskamer met bad en douche.
