Flat 2 is 115 m² in size and is suitable for 5 to 6 people. It has 2 beautiful bedrooms. A pull-out double sofa bed provides space for a total of 6 people. The flat also offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is also an in-house sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer. (Sauna for Top 2 and Top 3 shared use) PARKING: the parking place for this apartment is opposite the house (see house rules) The tenants have free use of the flat terrace and the terrace furniture. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Kitzbühel Alps and the famous Kitzbüheler Horn.
