An antique wooden staircase takes you to the apartment, which is on the 2nd floor. The comfortably furnished holiday apartment (75sqm) is spread over 2 levels and is suitable for up to 4 people. There is a small parking space right in front of the house, which is not particularly common in Monschau! The holiday apartment includes a kitchen (electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, etc.), bathroom/WC, large living room (2nd level attic) and 2 bedrooms for 2 people each (double bed). In the living room you will also find the HD satellite TV including a DVD player. Jahrhundert im Herzen der malerischen Altstadt (2 Gehminuten zum historischen Marktplatz). Über eine antike Holztreppe gelangen Sie in die Wohnung, die in der 2. Etage liegt. Die gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (75qm) verteilt sich auf 2 Ebenen und ist für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet. Ein kleiner Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, in Monschau nicht unbedingt üblich! Die Ferienwohnung umfasst Küche (E-Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.) Bad/WC, großes Wohnzimmer (2. Ebene Dachgeschoss) und 2 Schlafzimmer für je 2 Personen (Doppelbett). Im Wohnzimmer finden Sie auch den HD-Sat-TV inkl. DVD-Player. El apartamento vacacional está ubicado en una casa con entramado de madera (típica de Monschau) del siglo XVII, en el corazón del pintoresco casco antiguo (a 2 minutos a pie de la histórica plaza del mercado).
