Das Badewasser im Pool wird energieeffizient durch eine Wärmepumpe erwärmt und reduziert soweit möglich die Heizkosten und damit auch Ihre Nebenkosten. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und durch den durchdachten Grundriss und der funktionellen Zimmeraufteilung bestens für zwei Familien geeignet. Vom Küchen-/Wohnbereich aus haben Sie Zugang zu einer großen Holzterrasse. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit hellem Mobiliar von 2004 wohnlich eingerichtet. Es gibt zudem zwei Bäder im Haus, eines davon mit höhenverstellbarem Waschbecken. Ein Bad bietet Zugang zu einer Sauna.
