Für Entspannung sorgen Infrarot-Sauna und Whirlpool, die man im Anschluss an den Aktivitätsbereich findet (siehe Grundriss). Ebenfalls von diesem Raum hat man Zugang zum Hems oben unter der Dachschräge, mit schöner Aussicht in die Umgebung und bis zum Stadil Fjord am Horizont. Es steht ein Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Holzofen bereit, mit Zugang zum 24 m² großen, schönen Wintergarten. Eine Luft/Luft Wärmepumpe sorgt für angenehme Innentemperatur. Für Kinder gibt es im Außenbereich Schaukel, Sandkasten, Spielehäuschen sowie ein Gartentrampolin (Nutzung auf eigenes Risiko!).
