Als gemütliche und zugleich effiziente Wärmequelle steht ein Kaminofen bereit. Zudem wurde in dem Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss eine Luft-Luft-Wärmepumpe installiert. Interieur und Mobiliar sind geschmackvoll abgestimmt und in typisch skandinavischem Stil, mit Betonung auf Design, Qualität, Wohlbefinden und Gemütlichkeit, ausgesucht. Zum Zeitvertreib gibt es WLAN und TV mit internationalen, darunter auch einigen deutschen Sendern zur Auswahl.
